The Yellow Belt training covers the fundamentals of the Lean methodology, including understanding the DMAIC process (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control), continuous improvement tools, and process mapping. Participants learn how to identify and eliminate waste, defects, and variations in a process, and how to implement simple process improvements.
