Like any shopping experience, certain terms and conditions apply to your transactions with us. By placing an order, you agree to the following policies:


Refund & Return Policy

If you encounter an issue with your purchase or are not fully satisfied, you may request a refund within the specified timeframes below:

Online Self-Paced Training

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 10 business days of purchase.
  • Refunds will not be issued if more than 25% of the content has been accessed.
  • Requests beyond 10 business days will not be accepted.

Instructor-Led Training

  • Refund requests must be submitted before or within 24 hours of the first session.
  • Refunds will not be issued if the participant has attended more than one session.
  • Requests beyond 24 hours after the first session begins will not be accepted.

Physical Products

  • Returns must include the original receipt and be in the original packaging.
  • Refunds will be processed once our team verifies the return.

Order Fulfillment & Cancellations

At Lean Six Sigma Institute, we are committed to delivering top-quality products and training experiences. Every product is thoroughly inspected, quality-checked, and carefully packaged to ensure you receive it in perfect condition.

However, there may be instances where a product is unavailable due to stock issues or quality concerns. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you in advance. If your purchase was made via online payment (excluding Cash on Delivery), a full refund will be processed upon confirmation.


Quality Check & Shipping

We conduct a thorough quality check before processing any order and take great care in packaging to prevent damage during transit. However, Lean Six Sigma Institute is not responsible for damages incurred during shipping or transportation.

Once we receive your returned product, we will review it to ensure it meets the return guidelines. If approved, we will proceed with the refund. Please note that refunds may take a few days to process, but you will be notified once your refund is issued.


Shipping Policy

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • If the item was originally shipped for free, the customer is still responsible for return shipping costs.
